TOST

Welcome to Tost. By tapping Accept, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Tost is a casual word game that runs entirely on your device. Word checks and scoring happen locally, so no internet connection is needed to play. You purchase the app up front from the App Store; there are no subscriptions or further in-app purchases.

Your game history and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal data through this app and do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Play fair: no cheating, no abuse, and no offensive submissions.

Tost is a paid app. All sales are final and no refunds are available. Any refund requests are governed by Apple's own policies.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” for entertainment, without warranties of any kind. Scoring, word availability, and frequency tiers may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

We may update, modify, suspend, retire, or shut down the app at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable to you for doing so.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
